What works in one country does not automatically work internationally. That complexity usually shows up faster than retailers expect.

Different countries have different rules:

- different tax structures
- different workflows
- different payment systems
- different customer expectations

Scaling retail operations across borders is rarely just a language issue. Your technology either scales with the business or it becomes the bottleneck.

## Growth that followed our clients

We started with one POS system for a musical instruments retailer in \[TO CONFIRM: 2002\]. Today, we support retailers across \[TO CONFIRM: four continents\]. That growth followed our clients: as they expanded internationally, their technology needed to keep up.

To continue building Becosoft for that next phase, Arcadea Group took a majority stake in 2023. Not as a short-term move, but as a long-term buy-and-hold investor focused on sustainable growth. That gives us the capacity to keep investing in product, people and international expansion.

That matters for the retailers we support. They are expanding across borders, and their technology needs to keep pace. Not as an extra layer added afterwards, but as part of the foundation from the start.
